Shipping Rates and Policies
 

Shipping

All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 2:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day.  Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions.

  • Monday and Tuesday 3 day, 2 day and next day air shipping are the available options.
  • Wednesday 2 day or next day are the only options.
  • Thursday Next Day air is the only option  Any and all orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday with anything other than the options listed above will be held until the following Monday for shipping.  
  • There is no shipping of fruit on Friday.(We do not offer Saturday delivery on Fruit) The fake food candles are shipped seperately from the other products.

APO & PO Box Shipping

We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes.
However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. 

We do not ship any USPS items the week prior to any holiday. Any orders placed for shipping via USPS during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself.

When shipping to any and all Military bases the proper zip and address format are:

  • AE (Armed Forces Europe/ Canada/ Middle East/ Africa) -09XXXX
  • AP (Armed Forces Pacific) 96XXX
  • AA (Armed Forces Atlantic) 34XXX

Can I track Priority Mail International?

Priority Mail International has delivery information limited only to major destinations. The only international mail service that offers full tracking is Express Mail service (including Global Express Guaranteed® and Express Mail International®). Tracking information includes various scans as the item is en-route to the destination. Not all postal shipments will be trackable prior to delivery.

Shipping to Canada

We offer shipping to all Canadian addresses via UPS. Shipments take one extra day to ship out and are shipped via UPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments, and New Creation gift Baskets will not be held liable for any problems incurred. 

Claims & Returns

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy New Creation Gift Baskets will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your  satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at our discretion and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If the gift is disposed of before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. 

If for any reason you or the recipient with a gift the following return procedures will apply:.

  • 1. If the gift is simply not wanted, or you are not satisfied, you may contact us and we we will give instructions for shipping the gift back to us at your expense and receive a partial and in some cases  full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and untampered with.
  • 2. If the gift is damaged or we have made an error, contact us and we will have the original gift call tagged and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However if we can not call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.

In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be charged to the customer, as well as a 20% restocking fee. 

Holidays/ Closures

Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.

  • May 22nd and May 25th, 2009
  • July 3rd and 4th, 2009
  • September 4th and 7th, 2009 
  • November 26th and 27th, 2009
  • December 24th, 25th, 2009
  • December 31st, 2009
  • January 1st and 2nd, 2010

Alert!

As a reminder: Chocolate and perishable gifts need to ship via Next Day air June through mid October.
The following gift baskets are recommended to ship via Next Day air only during this time.

If you want to ship one of these gifts via ground we are more than happy to accommodate your request. You ship these gift at your own risk at all times from June through October.

We do not pay claims of any kind on these items if they melt, even when shipping via next day air.

All other gifts containing chocolate will have the chocolates substituted out for hard candies when the gift ships any way other than next day air.
